This is Millicent Russell who married Charles Pluck in 1845. She is PL3471 in Tree 1002.
In the 1851 census she is living with her parents in Thorney, Cambridgeshire.
She is aged 35 and has two sons, Charles, 4 and Frederick, 2.
The family emigrated to Australia in 1855 .
