Agnes Moysee of Great Chesterford spinster, indicted for murder. By an inquisition held at Chrishall 29 June 1570 before Thomas Knott coroner, on the body of Marlin Moysee, aged 2 years, her son, the jury (Thomas Kyng, Thomas Tryg, Thomas Parker, Richard Kyng, Henry Woodall, Walter Hopper, William Woode, William Wylson, Thomas Hopper, John Pluckrose, Thomas Dixson, John Colman, John Woodde and Thomas Bell) found that 20 March 1570 the said Agnes drowned her son in a pond in a field at Crishall called Sanders End, belonging to Anthony Tryg.

Guilty: to hang
