At the sign of the Bull, at Bassingbourn, on MONDAY the 22d day of December, 1828, at 3 o’clock, by order of the Proprietor, in two lots;

LOT 1. — Comprises a PLEASANT, CONVENIENT DWELLING-HOUSE, in the occupation of Mr. CHURCH, the vendor, containing living-room, parlour, kitchen, and three bed-rooms; with a front Garden; at the computed yearly rent of £15. — Another DWELLING-HOUSE, (adjoining,) containing parlour, kitchen, large pantry, Bake-house with a good Baker’s Oven (now in full trade), three bed-rooms, which, together with a Cart-shed, Stable with loft over, small Barn, Pigstye, and Yard, was lately in the occupation of Mr. WM. FARR, baker, at a rent of £15. per annum. In front of the two Dwelling-houses is a pleasant Garden with a spring of fine water. — Also, TWO COTTAGES, near, in the several occupations of Mary Pluckrose and Richard Pateman, at rents amounting to £5. 4s. per annum.

LOT 2. — An Inclosure of rich FREEHOLD LAND, known by the name of Gilden Grove, abuts the road leading from Bassingbourn to Abingdon and Wendy, containing Four Acres, and is let in Plots of Garden Ground, to good tenants, at rents amounting together to £29. 9s. per annum.
