Richard Enderby esquire appeared for a fourth day by his attorney against John Plukrose of Bedford in county Bedford yoman, in a plea that he render him his reasonable account for the time that he was his bailiff in Mogreange and receiver of moneys of the said Richard &c.; and (the defendant) has not come; and it had been ordered the sheriff that he summon him &c.; and the sheriff now reports that he has nothing (in his bailiwick in lands or chattels whereby he might be attached) &c.; therefore let him be taken, to be here on the quindene of Easter &c.
