Reports from Clubs

Good Intent Angling Society,The Crown, Church-street, Shoreditch. — The members fished for the Xmas prizes on Nov. 4. There were eighteen prizes, but only eight were taken. Mr. J. Pluckrose was first, and Mr. Ovenden second. The ten remaining prizes will be fished for on Nov. 11; the members to go where they like, any part of the Lea; all start Sunday morning. Mr. W. Erhorn brought in a good show of roach and dace. Mr. Maybury brought in 14lb. of roach and dace, they were not in the prizes. — R. MURPHY.
