Mekely besechen’ yor goode and gacious lordship’ yor contynuall Oratours Jamys Pluk and Johan’ his Wif Suster and her of Waltr Carne nowe ded that wher the same Waltr in his lif delyured and toke saufly ....ape to one Hancok Harry crteyn’ evidencs Chartors and other muniments concrnyng thenherytaunce of the said Johan’ in the pissh’ of Cardynan’ in the County of Cornewaill aftr the discease of the said Waltr And howe be it that yor said besechers eur sith’ the deth of the said Waltr haue occupied and enioyed the said anh’itaunce as in the righ’t of the said Johan’ and dyurs and many tymes haue required the said Hancok to delyur them the said evidencs Chartors and muniments as reason’ and goode conscience wold yet that to do the said Hancok atte all tymes hath’ refused and yet refuseth’ And for asmuche as yor said besechers knowe not ther sp’ialte nor crteyn’ nombre of the said evidencs Chartors and muniments nor Wheryn’ they be conteyned they haue no remedy to recoure the same by the cours of the co’e lawe of this land Wherfor please it yor said goode +lordship+ in consideracion’ of the prmissez to gaunt vnto them a Wrytte sub pena to be direct to the said Hancok co’maundyng hym by the same tappere before yor said lordship’ in the Kyngs Chauncrie atte a crteyn’ day and vnder crteyn’ peyn’ by yor lordship’ to be lymet ther to aunswere to the prmissez and theryn’ to do and resceyve asshalbe though’t to yor said lordship’ accordyng to righ’t and conscience And this for the love of god and in the Wey of charyte
