Ansty v. Albourne

A low-scoring game at Ansty on Saturday¹ resulted in a win for the visitors by 11 runs. Albourne scored 32 (A. Skelton 9) and Ansty 21 (E. Potten 8). For the winners G. Ashby took five wickets for 13 runs and A. Skelton four for seven, while for the losers R. Taylor secured eight for 11, C. Ashby one for one and L. Pluckrose one for seven.
