Vppon openinge of the matter this day vnto this Cort by mr Rich
beinge of the pl’ts Councell Itt was alleadged that vppon the heareinge of the cause Itt
was Ordered that the pl’t should pay vnto the Def’t the rent Arreare & due vnto him deductinge
the pfitts receaued by the def’t since his reentry to be cast vpp by mr Page &c’ vppon
paymt of the money reported by the mr the defendt was to make a Lease of the prmisses
in question to the pl’t & accordingly the mr hath Cast vpp the money due to the defendt
wch amounteth to the sume of 12li'.10s’ wch money the pl’t did tender vnto the def’t att
the howse in question who receiued the same & keepeth the same in his hands as appeares
by the pl’t Affid’t And yet the defendt refuseth to make a lease of the prmisses he haueing
since the order on heareinge cutt downe much wood vppon the prmisses & therefore yt was
prayed that the def’t may be ordered to make a lease of the prmisses vnto the pl’t according
to the ordr on heareinge & alsoe satisfie the pl’t for the wood wch he hath felled since
the heareinge wch is ordered accordingly.
