Vpon openinge of the matter this p’nte day vnto this Cort by Mr Sandford beinge of the def’ts co: & vpon pducinge +readinge+ of an order of the 29th. of May last it was alleadged that the saide pl’t. beinge a paup & a prisoner & not able to pay his rent nor pursuenge the decretall ordr. Vpon the hearinge hath obteyned the saide order wthout menc’oinge or takenge any notice of a prcedent order of the 2d. of Apr’. last whereby the plt was to shew cause why the bill should not be dismissed & therevpon+fore+ & in respect due notice of this moc’on was giuen to the plt. Cler’. in this Cort as by Affidt. now pduced appeared It is therefore ordered that the said order of the 29th. of May Last be discharged & the formr order to stand in force & be made absolute vnlesse the said def’t pl’t. or his Clarke in this Cort haueinge notice hereof shall wthin 8 dayes after such notice shew vnto this Cort good cause to the contrary
