Stephen Malet appeared by his attorney for a fourth day against John
Plok of Wodeland in the county aforesaid husbondman, in a plea that he render
him a reasonable account of the time that he was receiver of moneys of the
said Stephen &c. And (the defendant) has not come; and it had been ordered
the sheriff to summon him &c. And the sheriff now reports that (the defendant)
has nothing (in his bailiwick in lands or chattels by which he might be
attached) &c. Therefore let (the defendant) be taken, to be here on the
quindene of Easter &c.
