Commission of oyer and terminer to Roger de Bella Fago, Roger de Suthcote and Walter de Aylesbury on complaint by John Lovel of Tichemershe that Walter de Pavely, Richard de Avene, William Pluk, Walter de Paulesholte, Robert Sweyn of Dauntesy, Nicholas le Muner, Robert Selyetz of Dauntesy, John de Sumeter, John Wyverne of Seghendon, Peter Attenasshe, Nicholas le Bralle, Edmund Walklyn, Robert Walclyn, Roger le Rydere, Hugh le Rydere, William Walclyn, Simon le Wolf, John le Shepherde, and Ralph le Pypere depastured with their beasts his several pastures at his manor of Elecumbe, co. Wilts, while he was in Scotland on the king’s service and under his protection, prevented his servants from driving his beasts to the common pasture there, and from carrying his hay and corn from his meadow and lands to his dwelling place of the said manor, and assaulted his men.
