Notes on Twig 20

This tree has been constructed mainly from census data. Marriages are inferred since I have not yet found a source of marriage data. Unfortunately, this means that the wives' surnames are unknown.

2924 PLUCK John C1860: born in Ireland;
2927 PLUCK John He was christened in Glasthule, Kingstown, Ireland on 5 August 1822.

2942 PLUCK Lawrence F C1900: this census does not record Lawrence. There is, however, a daughter, Florence, born May 1898; there is no doubt about the record which is very clear. I suspect a transcription error since his mother's census returns with respect to number of children born and number surviving does not support an additional birth and death. C1910; C1920: living with his brother William's family, working as a 'ship fitters helper in US Navy Yard'; C1930: not found;

2943 PLUCK Vincent C1910; C1920: not found;
2956 PLUCK Walter J C1920; C1930;
2949 PLUCK William F There is nothing to associate William with these parents apart from an entry in the 1920 census where he has his brother, Lawrence, aged 21, living with him. There is a gap between Robert [b. 1879] and Joseph [b. 1886] where William [b. 1882] would fit without any problem.
