These sessions concluded this day, and the RECORDER proceeded to pass sentence upon those who had been convicted.

The following 39 were ordered to be transported for 14 years, viz.: - John Boon Duthie, Catherine Johnson, Mary Pinfold, alias Elizabeth Bellamy, John Davis, aged 15, Richard Arnott, John Davis, aged 23, William Battye, William Cook, Thomas Robert Poppy, John Dean, William Jones, Martha Smith, Osborn Panton, John Brayley, Sarah Jacobs, Elizabeth Miller, William Pluckrose, Sarah Owens, Margaret Wall, James Ryan, aged 17, William Stevens, 16, Edward Percy, Thomas Delay, Benjamin Dowling, Jane Fernley, James M'Grath, James Bodell, Catherine Herring, William Tobin, Margaret Butler, Mary M'Cormick, James Kain, Joseph Blackett, Mary Sullivan, Susannah Smith, Ann Solomons, Elizabeth Bull, Maria Johnson, and James Charles Gunyon.

This is the William Pluckrose who was convicted of picking pockets on 13 September.
