This is Alfred Thomas Pluck [PL3298], son of Thomas Pluck and Harriet Hubbard. He can be found in Tree 6. I am not sure whether "good conduct" extends to his life outside the army. He and his soon-to-be wife, Kerenhappuch Playle had two children before they married in 1894, Arthur William in 1888 and Edith Lilly in 1894.
