A RETURN made under the Acts of Council 11 Victoria, No. 24, and 15 Victoria, No. 8, of all Moneys received, disbursed, and paid into the Colonial Treasury, in respect of Estates of deceased persons entrusted to David Bruce Hutchinson, Esquire, from the 1st day of July to the 31st day of December, A.D. 1862, inclusive.

I, David Bruce Hutchinson, Esquire, do solemnly and sincerely declare, to the best of my information and belief, that the above is a true and faithful Return of all moneys belonging to Intestate Estates received, disbursed, and by me paid into the Colonial Treasury, from the first day of July to the thirty-first day of December, inclusive, in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two, and I solemnly and sincerely declare that I have received, invested, and paid no money whatever, except as aforesaid. And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true, and by virtue of the provisions of an Act made and passed in the ninth year of the reign of Her present Majesty, intituled “An Act for the more effectual abolition of oaths and affirmations taken and made in various Departments of the Government of New South Wales, and to substitute declarations in lieu thereof, and for the suppression of voluntary and extra-judicial oaths and affidavits.”
