John Chaundeler otherwise called Pulter appeared for a fourth day by his attorney against John Plukrose of Great Chishell, in a plea wherefore he took a certain horse of the said John Chaundeler worth 12s, and unjustly detained it against wage and pledge &c.; and (the defendant) has not come; and he had the day here adjourned to this day, namely the morrow of Ascension &c. by appointment &c. after the case aforesaid had been brought here at the suit of the aforesaid John Plukrose; therefore the same John Plukrose is to be distrained, to be here on the quindene of Trinity &c.; on which day the sheriff has not sent the writ; therefore, as (before), let him be distrained to be here on the octaves of Michaelmas &c.
