1867 : John Pluck of Foulmire is Accumulating Dung

John Pluck, of Foulmire, labourer, was charged by Thomas Hayter Chase, Sanitary Inspector, with allowing a certain nuisance to exist on his premises, to wit, an accumulation of dung. The defendant was ordered to remove the nuisance and pay costs.

This is almost certainly PL1184 in Tree 18.
