A piece or parcel of land situate in the parish of Shoreditch, in the county of Middlesex, abutting west on Boston Street, east on Maidstone Street, and south on the Maidstone Street Board School premises, and containing 6,430 square feet or thereabouts, as the same is described in the Plan No. 19, and distinguished by the Nos. 1 to 6 (both inclusive), together with all and singular the messuages and tenements and buildings (if any) now standing or being thereon, with their appurtenances.
