Commission of oyer and terminer to William de Bereford, Roger de Bella Fago and Walter de Aylesbury, on complaint by John Lovel of Tichemersh that Walter de Pavely, Richard de Avene, William Pluk’, Walter de Paulesholte, Robert Sweyn of Dauntesy, Nicholas le Muner, Robert Selyetz of Dauntesy, John le Sumeter, John Wyverne of Seghebdon, Peter Attenasshe, Nicholas le Bralle, Edmund Walclyn, Robert Walclyn, Roger le Ridere, Hugh le Ridere, William Walclyn, Simon le Wolf, John le Shepherde and Ralph le Pipere, depastured his several pasture at his manor of Elecumbe, co. Wilts, while he was in Scotland on the king’s service and under his protection, and prevented him from driving his beasts to the common pasture there by his servants or carrying his hay and crops from his meadow and lands of the said manor to the dwelling-place of the manor, and assaulted his men.
